These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PQ Solutions Limited governing your access to and use of our website, quantum-safe cryptographic solutions, and services.
By accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use our Services.
Post-Quantum grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services during the applicable subscription term solely for your internal business purposes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

You acknowledge that the Services include cryptographic technology subject to export control laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export regulations.
Post-Quantum retains all right, title, and interest in the Services and related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
Post-Quantum warrants that the Services will perform substantially in accordance with Documentation under normal use.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. POST-QUANTUM DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POST-QUANTUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
POST-QUANTUM'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
